Have always had outstanding experience with Baker. Have been a customer for 10 yrs. The best customer service. Durand needs to recognize Cadillac in their online, radio advertising. Was very dissatisfied with the radio ad that mentioned the new dealership off RT 2 but never mentioned Cadillac as a brand. Also, once Durand took over they should have sent out notice to all the current and past clientele that they were/had taken over. Hope that they obtain the same amazing staff and standers as Baker has for many decades
