There was a long wait for a service writer but once one was available everything was great. I had a surprise flat tire. They did not have the tire in stock. They gave me a loaner for the day so I could get to work. They replaced the tire and washed my car. They also contacted my warranty holder and did all the paperwork to have my claim approved so I did not pay for the new tire. Thank you Tom for the great work.
